By using the Site, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information (defined below) as described in this Privacy Policy. Personal Information

Christ Community Chapel does not collect any personally identifiable information when you browse this website except information you willfully submit to us. We only collect Personal Information from you when you: (1) order products and/or services; (2) contact us via email or other means; (3) submit information related to a ministry or ministry service in which you participate, volunteer, or seek information about; or (4) otherwise provide us with your personal information. Personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) we collect may include, without limitation, your name, age, email address, phone number, mailing address, username, password, credit card information, place of employment, and church affiliation, if you submit such information. We may require certain pieces of this information to create and maintain a personal account for you or on your behalf. A personal account may be required to enable you to access certain services, ministry environments, or other non-public areas of the Site or purchase products and services on or through the Site. We may use cookies and other available technology to remember your preferences and customized settings, facilitate access to the Site, and verify personal accounts access.

Non-Personal Information

Visitors are not required to register withWingfoot to access the public pages of the Site. However, as part of the standard operation of the Site, Wingfoot or its third-party contractors may collect certain non-personal information from you, including but not limited to your browser type, mobile device type, operating system, IP address, and the domain name from which you accessed the Site. The privacy of communication over the Internet cannot be guaranteed because the Internet is not a secure medium. You agree that Wingfoot Church is not responsible for any harm, loss, or damage you may incur by sending personal or confidential information over the Internet by or to Wingfoot.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

While the Site is not subject to COPPA, we are committed to complying with the guidelines set forth by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or maintain information on children under the age of 13 without consent from a parent and/or guardian. Wingfoot Church reserves all of its rights under and does not grant any express or implied rights to you or any other Site user under any trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other intellectual property law. We make a limited exception regarding the use of downloaded messages, as discussed below.

The Site and all of the text, graphics, pictures, video and audio messages, video materials, downloadable materials, and all other materials and content on the Site are copyrighted by and are the property of Wingfoot Church. You may not use them without the express written consent of Wingfoot Church.

Use of Downloaded Messages

We are glad to make our sermons and other messages available for download free of charge. However, your right to use downloaded messages is limited. A message downloaded from the Site is for personal use only. Each talk, musical recording, and video on our website is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 United States License.

Limitation of Liability

By using the Site, you agree that the Wingfoot Church and it’s directors, officers, managers, employees, agents, and members shall not be liable to you for any damage of any kind arising from or related to the use of the Site or of any website for which a link is provided on the Site.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed under Ohio law. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Summit County courts.


Certain videos on our site contain music by third parties, which have permitted us to use their music and/or through a CCLI license. All such music is subject to any copyrights and licenses indicated in the video itself and/or on the video player page. In the case of copyright: The original copyright holder reserves all rights. Unauthorized duplication is prohibited and a violation of applicable laws.

While we attempt to seek appropriate permission from people depicted on our site within text or images, we respect an individual’s right to privacy.
