MOST RECENT MEMBER MEETING: FALL 2026
We host a member meeting to update our church family on highlights, finances, and other state of the church matters twice a year: once in the early spring and again early fall.
Our Spring 2026 Member Meeting included:
- A financial update, including latest numbers on our Rooted Campaign
- A building update, including introduction of the Building Team and some key projects they are working on.
- Important information on changes to serve teams coming in the fall, with a link to take a survey to set up your serving rhythm.
- Wingfoot Swag orders

The video above will help you understand your schedule. You’ll serve typically 1-2 times a month, depending on your team.
BLOCK OUTS
You can always decline a serve schedule, no questions asked. The best way to help your team is to set your blockout (unavailable) dates and to CONFIRM or DECLINE any time you know you can or can’t serve.
